PAYMENT IN FULL IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME SERVICES ARE RENDERED unless prior arrangements have been made.
There is no cancellation fee for cancelling a booking. If you cancel after a technician has been dispatched you are still obligated to pay the service call
Business Clients: It is your responsibility to provide all the information in the format you require for processing payment. Payment in full is required at the time services are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made. Our system sends invoices via text and email with a link to enter a CC. It is incumbent upon you to provide ALL the information we need during booking. We do not know the intricacies of your accounting department, know how much your credit card is authorized to process, who needs to sign off on things within your company. We simply require payment at time of service. If you did not make prior arrangements, there is a next business day grace period for payment, after which is there is a $25 admin fee (that we may waive). It’s regrettable but we’ve simply spent too much time away from other things trying to collect payments that were due.
